The Immersion Experience in Middle School
Bernice Ayer Middle School is the second step in the Capistrano Unified School District's Spanish South track. The BAMS dual immersion team offers a rigorous and engaging curriculum to keep students engaged and learning in Spanish. When students graduate to San Clemente High School, they are ready for the IB and AP Spanish classes offered as they continue their journey toward the district's Seal of Biliteracy and the life-long benefits of dual fluency.
La Escuela Intermedia Bernice Ayer es la segunda vía en el programa de Español del Sur en el Distrito Escolar Unificado de Capistrano. El equipo del programa de Inmersión de dos idiomas de BAMS ofrece un plan de estudios riguroso y atractivo para mantener a los estudiantes interesados en el aprendizaje del idioma español. Cuando los estudiantes se gradúan en la Escuela Secundaria San Clemente, están listos para las clases de español (Lengua y Literatura “IB”) y (Lengua y Cultura “AP”) que se ofrecen mientras continúan su jornada hacia el Sello de Conocimiento Bilingüe del idioma español del distrito y los beneficios de por vida de la doble fluidez.
