Breaker Pride Service Award
The Breaker Pride Award is a service award that is given at the end of the year to students who go above and beyond in their academic accomplishments and school and community service. This is a wonderful opportunity to be recognized for this kind of service, as well as building a lifelong commitment to helping others. Students will receive a certificate at the end of the school year for participating. 8th grade students will be recognized at the 8th grade end of the year award event. If your student participates all 3 years, they will have their name engraved on a plaque in the office. Students are required to complete 15 hours of community service, with 5 hours of their service hours being completed on Bernice Ayer campus.
Information along with the hour tracking sheet will be posted on your student's Canvas account in mid-September. Go to the Advisement tile and click on Modules. You will find a Breaker Pride Award module with the information.
